Reiki First Degree is primarily for the self, family and friends. Reiki works on the whole body helping to rebalance, repair and strengthen. Reiki has been proven to promote relaxation, reduce pain and helps with a variety of ailments. In Reiki First Degree you will receive a manual, lineage, certificate and attunement. We cover the history, principles and I introduce you to the Cho ku rei which is the power symbol.

Reiki Second Degree is the next step on your reiki journey. Here you are introduced to the Sei He Ki the emotional symbol and the the Hon Sha Ze Sho Nen the distant/absent healing symbol. You are given the sending sequence for distant/absent healing. We look at how Reiki can be sent to future and past events and also to our inner child. You will receive a manual, lineage, certificate and attunement.

Reiki Master:

Becoming a Reiki Master involves a significant commitment to the practice and requires ongoing dedication to personal growth and spiritual development. It can be a deeply rewarding experience that offers numerous benefits, and expanded professional opportunities. In Reiki mastery, a practitioner is able to perform Reiki healing on themselves and others at an even deeper level. One of the most significant aspects of Reiki mastery is the ability to teach and attune others to Reiki. This involves transmitting the energy of Reiki to others and empowering them to use this healing energy on themselves and others.

Seichim

Seichim allows you to heal from the spiritual level down to the physical. As it flows into the auric body, chakras and physical body, helping you to gently heal by releasing blocks. Blocks that may be causing you stress, depression, anxiety, self doubt or holding you in a repetitive pattern stopping you from moving forward.

In Seichim First Degree you will be introduced to the Seichim First Degree symbols the Infinity Symbol, the Spiral Symbol and the Tam-A-Ra-Sha. We cover the history, lineage, twelve pillars of light to whom you work with and their gifts, suggested hand positions for a self treatment and suggested hand positions for a full treatment. You will receive a manual, lineage, certificate and attunement.

Project Lotus

The Project Lotus Mentoring Program is a 10 week program conducted over zoom. During our one hour weekly zoom call, we will cover the topic of the week, participate in a guided meditation and there will be time to answer any questions. Plus you’ll receive a couple of special bonus gifts.

The techniques that I teach in Project Lotus do work, and they are stripped right back so that it makes it easier to incorporate them into your daily routine. I personally have been using them for over eighteen years and teaching them as individual workshops at the centre for the last ten years.

O'Breathwork Therapy

O Breathwork uses a combination of different breath work techniques and is very unique in its approach to healing.

O Breathwork can help with reducing stress, anxiety and depression. It can help with releasing mental, physical, and emotional blocks like fear, grief, anger and insomnia. It can help with processing emotions, healing emotional pain and trauma stored in the body. It aids in relaxation, positive self-developement, boosts immunity, lowers levels of the stress hormone cortisol, helps with reducing high blood pressure which is caused by stress and can alkalize your bloods pH levels.

At Jasmine Sky Wellness Centre we offer individual and group sessions.

Women's Healing Circles

Our Women’s Healing Circle is a place where women can come together each month to release or manifest what is needed by using the moon cycles through list writing, meditation and O breathwork.

During the hour and a half we are together there will be time for a chat and a cup of tea before depending on the moon cycle we write our lists to release or manifest. Followed by a guided visualisation meditation and we will finish off with an O Breathwork session.
