Reiki First Degree is primarily for the self, family and friends. Reiki works on the whole body helping to rebalance, repair and strengthen. Reiki has been proven to promote relaxation, reduce pain and helps with a variety of ailments. In Reiki First Degree you will receive a manual, lineage, certificate and attunement. We cover the history, principles and I introduce you to the Cho ku rei which is the power symbol.

Reiki Second Degree is the next step on your reiki journey. Here you are introduced to the Sei He Ki the emotional symbol and the the Hon Sha Ze Sho Nen the distant/absent healing symbol. You are given the sending sequence for distant/absent healing. We look at how Reiki can be sent to future and past events and also to our inner child. You will receive a manual, lineage, certificate and attunement.

Seichim
Seichim allows you to heal from the spiritual level down to the physical. As it flows into the auric body, chakras and physical body, helping you to gently heal by releasing blocks. Blocks that may be causing you stress, depression, anxiety, self doubt or holding you in a repetitive pattern stopping you from moving forward.
In Seichim First Degree you will be introduced to the Seichim First Degree symbols the Infinity Symbol, the Spiral Symbol and the Tam-A-Ra-Sha. We cover the history, lineage, twelve pillars of light to whom you work with and their gifts, suggested hand positions for a self treatment and suggested hand positions for a full treatment. You will receive a manual, lineage, certificate and attunement.

Project Lotus
The Project Lotus Online Program is a 4 week program conducted over zoom. During our one hour weekly zoom call, we will cover the topic of the week, participate in a guided meditation and there will be time to answer any questions. Plus you’ll receive a couple of special bonus gifts.
The techniques that I teach in Project Lotus do work, and they are stripped right back so that it makes it easier to incorporate them into your daily routine. I personally have been using them for over eighteen years and teaching them as individual workshops at the centre for the last ten years.
